With more than 100 stores, Water Tower Place is a unique, high-energy, urban shopping center that offers shoppers the best entertainment, the most delectable dining and the most exclusive stores in Chicago. In short, Water Tower Place is where downtown Chicago comes to life!
In my opinion it's over rated.
Great piece of Chicago history.
Nice Shopping Center. There are few good cafe shops and Dining options.
Cellphone charging stations are right outside the elevators on floors 4, 5 and 6.
The kind man working at the food court, cooking stir fry, was extremely generous and offered my meal on the house after I had to go back twice and ask the front desk for a different card that worked:)
You should go to Godiva and try the chocolate strawberries...
Parking available underneath the building. A great collection of stores and food options, including Macy's, LEGO'S, American Girl & Garrett's Popcorn. Express elevator only stops on floors G, 2 & 7.
Come for the warmth and the view. Lots of places to shop and eat.
The best mall inside the city. Great brands.
Really helpful staff, helped me fix my bag quickly.
Shopping is really good! Also the downstairs food court has a lot of options!
Lovely mall, lots of stores in lots of price ranges
Great place to shop and to have a meal😊
Worth the ride on the elevators alone
A typical selection of stores, but I love the food court. It's busy and great for people watching.
Lego store is awesome!
@ water tower
So much fun but beware of tourists, more specifically teenagers and tourists.
Go up to the eighth floor and check out the view down.
Loved the Dr Seuss Art Gallery!
The cheese french fries is yummy :D
If you're not using a stroller or have someone with mobility issues, consider using the escalators instead of the elevators. This mall's elevators are extremely slow and overused.
Show an out-of-state ID at the Concierge Desk in the front and get a great coupon booklet! #conciergetip
Awesome place to dine an spend money
2014 Time to photoshop my life Touch up the edges, adjust the tones, blur out the background, focus on me, and crop people out...
Tip the street musicians out front!
Por aquí debe haber un The North Face muy grande, y que baratón...
Food Court :)
This is a great place to escape from school. Even if you don't want to buy anything, it is a great atmosphere. TIP: check for sales!
Wonderful facility with great combination of stores and restaurants. A great place to visit.
Slowest and worst elevators ever.
Have a great meal at FoodLife to take a break from shopping. The concept is expansive, so everyone should get what they want.
Great sales this weekend. Spend $250 throughout mall get a free umbrella
The gents at Campus Colors are very friendly.
Make sure you have at least 40 dollars at chicago's water tower
Forgot I had taken a pic if the escalator of the water tower. 1st.pic is looking up from first floor, 2nd. pic is looking down from the top, and 3rd. pic is a side shot of escalator from first floor.
Teavana, Macy's and the Lego store make this place the best mall downtown.
The food court open for breakfast at 7:30 am everyday so it is a good option and the food its good
Push really hard in the revolving doors!
The 'Newbie Special' is completely worthless unless you have an out of state ID. Lame Foursquare- failed on this one.
A buzzing city space equipped with great shopping, food, and atmosphere!
Have an objective, you can get irritated
Uno de los centros comerciales más famosos del lugar. En la entrada pídele al concerge un Premier Passport para que obtengas descuentos en algunos establecimientos y restaurantes.
Get a free body scan to avoid changing room headaches and find your fit in 100s of brands at the Me-Ality booth on the sixth floor across from Aeropostale.
Ride the glass elevator all the way up, then all the way back down. You're welcome.
The people at the concierge are so rude
Definitely worth eating at Foodease instead of Foodlife. You can build your own plate & take things to go. Better selection in my opinion!
