    The vegan chicken wings were really good!! I felt so fancy eating here. I had the mushroom & asparagus risotto and the Lavender Grey cocktail and both were delicious. 👌🏽

    The seitan chorizo hash was amazing and huge. No need for lunch if you get this for breakfast. The soy latte was also exemplary. Get thee to WaterCourse!

    Everything here tasted like it had been frozen - thawed - and left out to become stale before putting in a fryer. The only redeeming quality was the vegan milkshake. I'll stick to dessert from here.

    Excellent all-vegan menu. Tried the seitan buffalo wings, the Atlas sandwich (w/ onion rings) & a bite of the street tacos; all were incredible. Be sure to drink local beer while you're there.

    Po boy with mushrooms was delicious (especially with a side of BBQ sauce), seitan wings were amazing (especially the buffalo variety) and mushroom gravy was bonkers good. Mac and cheese was meh.

    All vegan now. Not bad, but they also got rid of a lot of great menu options, like the coconut tofu entree and the mango ceylon iced tea. :-(

    They show up under dog friendly patios on yelp. It's not. They want you to tie them on the trees 50 feet away, no tying on the outer patio railings (WTF?). I have a very bad taste in my mouth now.

    Anytime I go here, no matter who I go with, I MUST invite my sister. The seitan wings cannot be missed! And I just tried their "Chicken" and waffles, and it was mouth watering!

    extensive vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. weekend brunch is delicious -- I recommend the berry pancakes. they also have lots of gluten-free desserts... the Boston creme pie was awesome.

    Eff that line at the door. Pony up to the bar and be prepared to savor each bite. Very pleased with the delicious brunch meal I had (Blue Plate Special) during my first visit. Impeccable service, too.

    The food was decent, & that's saying something since I'm not a vegetarian. Only issue - they don't seem to be staffed properly for the level of business, so expect a wait both at the door & the table.

    Horrible wait. We waited an hour for our 2 uncomplicated dishes. Meanwhile 3 tables with more people were sat and received their food. The food was not worth an hour of waiting.

    Watercourse is a great place to go for healthy vegan food! I got the seitan beef substitute last time and enjoyed every bite! The drinks were also delicious... Don't let the vegan food scare you!
