    Such a weird layout for a mall... Almost colosseum like. But they have one of the only Aeropostale stores left in San Diego.

    Love the stores and the way the mall is built. Even if your not looking to shop it's a beautiful place to take pictures and close to lots of major attractions in the city.

    Don't arrive before 10am! You only get 30 minutes of free parking instead of 3 hours and you have to pay for parking after that, even with validation.

    Free 3 hour parking ends at 9:30pm after which you will be charged $2 per 15 minutes

    pwoplw at kiosks follow you ike beggars. Pay attention where you parked AND the stores you pass or you'll loose your car. Parking is validated, but can be very hard to get it done.

    Horton plaza does not validate parking tickets for free anymore. You have to buy something from the mall worth $10 and more to validate.

    As of Feb. 4th 2013 parking validation is no longer free. You must spend $10 weekdays 9:30am-9pm, Sunday 10:30-6pm. 30 min free 4:30am-9:30am mon-fri. Otherwise $8/hr max $60. Parking rep on 1st floor

    No more free parking. Have to spend $10 to get validated ticket and then you get three hours. Have to bring receipt to parking rep on first level.

    Recycle your old or broken phone for cash at the ecoATM right outside Macy's on the lower level. Then take your wad of cash up to level 4 and buy yourself a Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream. You earned it!
