Head to the cheese section to nibble tasty dips, spreads, and crackers. Make sure you dig down to the crackers at the bottom because slobbery 5 year olds have touched the entire top layer.

Hungry, but in a hurry? Try the Sushi Rolls, fresh, Delicious and Healthy. Have some time? Browse the buffet dishes. Price a little on the higher side, but the food is good.

Non gluten organic local grown non-gmo bullshit kind of place. But only WF has a very good ciabatta and inexpensive yet perfect Italian sparkling water.

Head to the cheese section to nibble tasty cheese, dip, and cracker samples. Forage for crackers from the bottom because slobbery 5 year olds have handled the entire top layer.

Hey! Since you're at Whole Foods, you should head north on El Camino for a bowl of pho and some crispy spring rolls at my favorite local Vietnamese restaurant, Pho Vi Hoa!

Go to the sushi counter area, order the salmon teriyaki bowl. Delicious and good-size portion. On a cold winter's day, try the lentil soup - the best around.
