Founded in 1978 in Austin, Texas, Whole Foods Market (wholefoodsmarket.com) is the leading retailer of natural and organic foods, the first national “Certified Organic” grocer, and uniquely positioned as America’s Healthiest Grocery Store™.
Try the fresh burger patties next time you're grilling.
One of the best Whole Foods I've been to in Austin! Every time I come in I'm greeted with smiles and hellos. Very cool place for any age! The sandwich bar is AWESOME. Highly recommend!
Where else can you spend $100 on an organic wholesome fish? They do have a great beer section which you can enjoy while you shop.
Best healthy grocery store on the planet!
The best store in the world
Green Chile Habanero Salmon Jerky. That is life.
Store seems crowded
This place is full of a bunch yuppy idiots that tried yoga once and eat organic food because they read an article on it and it's sooo good for you.... Phhh smh!
It has moved to the domain
8 dollars for a wholesome chef special or 9 for atery clogging fastfood? 49cent liter of water? Yes!
This place is too damn small for all these cranky people to be in here.
The cioppino stew is really good (seafood and tomato).
Parking sucks down here. It's a battle ground just to find parking.
A big ol' Texas clusterfuk
Highly claustrophobic, but they're moving to a bigger store at The Domain in late 2013!
The kale salad really is kind of addicting. Parking and crowds aren't really an issue in the evening usually, and I kind of like that this WF is small and easy to get around.
The cheese/beer counter is awesomely served but the food counter service was less than desirable. Food is good though! Still has pretty much everything Flagship does.
Apparently, you have to ask for a bag.
Make sure you try the kale salad
You should never stop selling your amazing pizza dough! It's a great value, healthy and my whole family loves it!
Ask them to make you a gluten free pizza with daiya cheese..yum!!
This whole foods sucks. Terrible parking, limited hot food options, isles far too crowded. Can't wait for the new one at the Domain to open.
Whole foods pizza. Damn good.
Avoid going there on a Sunday. It was too crowded to browse and navigate the store, especially with a cart and child.
Plan to fight to the death for a parking spot! Geez....
This has to be the worst parking lot in Austin.
Park SE of the store behind REI. Bigger spaces and an easy walk.
Two words. Kale salad.
Don't come here if you're in a hurry
The food is amazing and I highly recommend the Broccoli Crunch
It is crazy busy here on a Sunday, with no room in the aisles and about 10 people in each check out line. The shoppers are also surprisingly pushy. I will avoid it in the future for sure!
Go one size up if you are getting feelgoodz flip flops!
Even if you're on a budget, their 365 brand is reasonably priced and still delivers on quality. Heads up: the parking at this location can be nutty.
try the coffees
Pizza is one of the best deals here: 2 giant slices for $5.
The water machines ate out f order today : (
the cranberry pecan salad is todie for!!
So disappointed in our visit to the deli. We ordered $65 worth of yummy food - from rude employees. Food was slammed on the counter, sandwich ordering customers unattended to. Not a fun experience.
The Saturday morning crowd seem to be in a constant rush. Not a good time for relaxed browsing!
Be sure to visit our Whole Body department for a surprising array of body care, home goods and high quality supplements.
I come here to pick up meat and pantey staples along with my JBG CSA box - delicious!
Gotta love the salad bars
You can buy Kombucha on tap here now!!!
Cool selection of healthy lunches for kids. Be forewarned though that they put mustard on the kids turkey sandwich
It's far more expensive to shop groceries here, because they are all organic stuffs!
My go-to spot for a gorgeous bouquet under $15!
Get in Bobby Sunshine's line. He's so awesome and always smiling and positive!
Omega-3s are essential for healthy brain function and heart health, and statistics show that most people don’t get enough omega-3s from their daily diet. That’s why supplementation is critical.
