Though not bad, the burger seemed uninspired. The fries and Dublin sodas on tap were really good. But the burger was a bit of a let down.

I got queasy watching the workers touch all of the food (buns, toppings, etc.) without wearing latex gloves. It gets better: One dude had a gross bandage on his finger. I walked out.

A damned good burger for the budget-conscious carnivore who prefers meat not from some megafactory; Wholly Cow gets their grass-fed beef from Rocky Hill Orchards in Fredericksburg. Read more

The food is excellent, the staff is Austin style friendly, i.e. not cheery but nice for sure. The speed of service though makes turtles seem reckless.

With only one stoner working the grill and everything written on paper, don't expect to get take-out quickly
