A short walk from the French Quarter, Windsor Court Hotel is the only luxury hotel in New Orleans to be awarded both Forbes Four Stars and AAA Four Diamonds.
The Omelette in TheGrill is pretty good but not the country potatoes.. Seem old both days I ate them
The only problem with this place is that every time I stay here I never want to leave the hotel. Spend a little extra and stay. The service, pool and food is worth it.
Worthlessly slow internet even when paying high speed premium. Most web pages never came up. Internet kept dropping. Had to resort to my cellular mifi.
Here for high tea. Expecting great things. Pianist playing to establish the ambiance
Great view of the Muddy MS
Luxurious accommodations, amazing art collection and superior service
Beautiful suites, excellent service, and quiet since it's off Canal.
Amazing service! Beautiful!
FANTASTIC hotel!! Excellent service!! Extremely posh rooms/suites. Very comfortable sleep. Highly recommended!!
Jim the banquet manager is amazing! His attention to detail is spot on!
Travis is the best concierge in downtown New Orleans. He's patient, knowledgeable and shares his appetite and love for NOLA!
Pretty shocking that for this level of hotel we aren't able to get them to make up the room in a junior suite without calling... Cleaning staff are disappointing.
I've been coming here for meetings. Great place, great food, and newly renovated rooms!
Great bar on the 2nd floor. Live music several nights a week. Try their Pimm's Cup!
Great shellac manicures at The Spa!
Try the Desserts - There's always room for dessert. :) Victorian cakes, truffles, fruit tart, pecan pie, & chocolate covered strawberries. #AfternoonTea
Try the Tea Sandwiches - Cucumber, Salmon mousse, Egg salad and Turkey sandwiches. #AfternoonTea #Yum

The valets are the nicest in the city.
With my wonderful husband, sister & brother in law for some much needed rest!!
We LOVE the club-level rooms which include a continental breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres with beverages. Also be sure to reserve a spot for afternoon tea or enjoy a drink at the Polo Club Lounge!
Strawberries, champagne , tea
The rooms are much improved after a major renovation in late 2011.
You have got to see tjhe lady sing in the grill room on Friday and Saturday nights. Awesome. Maybe Thurs too.
Old-world elegance with superior modern service.
Hotel rooms are looking great after renovation!
Coming back after new renovation
Rooftop pool is the antidote to a hot NOLA afternoon.
Kind of shabby and brunch is overrated
Just arrived for the annual Jazzfest
Outdated and almost seemingly dirty. The hotel has seen much better days. Try the Ritz.
Great service. Needs a multimillion dollar make over to get in line with the pricing.
Best hotel staff and service in New Orleans.
The waffles in the restaurant are horrible. The bacon is horrible. The latte is horrible. The convenience isn't worth it - just eat somewhere else.
Very dog friendly. Only hotel out of 6 that doesn't charge a pet fee.
I got a room at this 5 star hotel from Hotwire. It is outstanding. Big rooms, turn down service, great lobby. Highly recommend.
Not as great as it used to be. Really needs updating.
