Supper at Pizza Luce up the street followed by a walk at Wood Lake makes for a perfect evening. This is also a great running spot!

You feel like you're in a real forest, but for a stranger to the place, I recommend gradually familiarizing yourself with the trails since there's so many pathways.

I think that it's great for woods/outdoors type person. I think of Gander Mountain.

I used to volunteer here as a kid. Have your children come and help with making maple syrup in the winter, or helping with classes. Fun times.

Leave time to linger at one of the many benches along the trails. In every season, this is a wonderful place to pause.

Great place for some snowshoeing without leaving the city!
