What a great concept! Skip the lacking dumplings. Get the Siracha chicken open bun. The kung pao bao and Mongolian beef bao was not bad. Get the ginger ale! 4/5

The bowls and bao are good but you end up ordering a lot of food to complete a meal. I ended up spending more than I wanted for a quick lunch.

Not your regular greasy Chinese. With touch-screens for ordering on the spot, stylish simple decor, healthier alternatives to white rice (multigrain & quinoa), it has a very urban feel to it.

The popular BBQ pork bao is filled with small chunks of sweet and savory Chinese-style barbecue pork with a flavor similar to teryaki.

Eat your bao's with chilly oil. The first time you ask, they'll give you chilly paste, ask again and they understand what you're asking for. Edamame bao's are pure vegetarian, no fish sauce!!
