The spicy and tingly beef in soup is delicious; very spicy, but the beef is really tender and tastes fantastic. The noodles are also great! (And they can reduce the spice if you want!)

It's safe to say you probably haven't had Chinese food quite like this. From a region that borrows flavors from middle eastern cuisine, everything is cheap and delicious! We recommend the cumin lamb.

Best destination for the food of the Chinese city of Xi'an. Try the chewy liang pi noodles or "lamb face" salad, all doused in their alluringly fiery house sauces.

The noodles are chewily awesome and the different kinds have different spicing even though the names are similar. The soups are pallid by comparison, but the soft tofu and tiger salad are tingly good.

"Extra spicy" here just means extra chili oil. Wish they'd just load on the chilis by themselves.
