A little gem hidden behind the hordes of tourists but familiar to Londoners. Great good that doesn't dent the wallet (much). Pomegranate juice should be the 1st thing you order. You won't regret it!
the best Lebanese food in London! must try: chicken shawarma, baba ghanoush and of course fattoush! just be prepared that all food is very spicy.
The most uncomfortable stools ever
Grab a tea and a sheesha... Luvvly jubbly hubbly bubbly!
Beware of asking for extra tap water they slip in a £1 gbp for a jug they call a charity jug. It would be helpful if they had info about the charity or told you beforehand. Otherwise great food!
Chicken livers (Time Out London's 100 Best Dishes)
Brilliant lunchtime takeaway deal - any wrap and one from a selection of mezze for £6.50
Go to the sister restaurant in Soho for better service and a more authentic atmosphere.
Food arrives at different times to the table. Something they neglect to tell you when ordering
Try their Berry Dance Martinis. Just the perfect level of sweetness and simply delicious!
Seats are so uncomfortable I got a dead leg. Falafels, hommous with shawarma were good. The feta and halloumi pastry and baklava were terrible. Don't get the Timeout approved chicken liver!
Nothing special to be honest. Prices are that which you expect for the area. I won't be going back any time soon.
Avoid the spinach fatayer
Portions are small and not value for money. The food does taste good though
Portions are very small, so not an ideal place to dine if you're starving. Fun place for a little light snack. (Tiny Chicken Wings)
Very good, everything worthy of a try
Lahém Shawarma!...nuff said
The lamb shawarma goes really well with the apple - mint cooler ...
Lahem casserole = perfect. If you don't like nutmeg- avoid!
Great food, long wait and extremely slow service. I had a great time, but be aware of what you're getting into. Great cheap and cheerful eats.
Great food. Delicious entrees. Horrible service. Had to wait for long time before getting a menu. Had to wait another 20 mns before the bill came. Food was rushed together: appetizers & entrees. :((
I love London because of places like this -yummy free starter of pickled red cabbage, peppers and mixed olives!
The 6 dishes between two recommendation is definitely for dinner, not lunch. #foodcoma
Delicious & very authentic (so I'm told) Lebanese dishes. Fresh pomegranate juice to die for & ridiculously good tabbouleh. Not that busy for a place just off Oxford st
Good food for takeaway lunches too, Muhamara and Felafel were excellent
Lamb casserole is a treat!
Chicken liver and pomegranate is a good starter.
Great Lebanese food, try chicken shawarma, wheelchair access and toilet, only the tables are not ideal, not much room for your legs / your
Amazing Baba Ghannouj, better than the hommos even! Do it!
Be warned, tap water is charged for
This is a great place to find Mezze dishes, tasting as if straight off the streets of Beirut
Try the Falafel - Back to the food! (via @Foodspotting)
