It's a 7.5 point experience. The best thing was the chicken thigh yakitori. The rest of the stuff was just average. Unclear why this is such a hot spot as it wasn't all that.

The KFC (Korean fried cauliflower, $75) has already entered the Hong Kong food pantheon. Neither too mushy nor al dente, the crisp orbs bring a touch of heat thanks to the yuzu and chilli. Read more

Reservations a good idea. Knowledgable, friendly staff. Perfectly simple atmosphere. Look/ask about the specials. Yaki Lime cocktail, mojito's edgier brother.

Another important tip, I highly recommend trying all, if not almost all, of the different parts of the chicken that are on the menu. Also, I suggest the house "Yardbird" sake.

È solo pollo, ma fatto in modi assolutamente inusuali e buoni.
