Lamb Kabsa was incredible!
So damn good. Can share a lamb salta for two. Hit up the free tea in the back.
Get the lamb salta, the lamb literally falls right off the bone. Also the fattah with honey is the perfect balance of savory and sweet.
Delicious. Lamb Haneeth and Chicken Kabsa are stellar. 👌👌👌
5 stars for Authenticity! Try the Lamb Haneeth, Chicken Curry & Hummus. Complimentary naan, salad and soup. I will be back!! p.s. No alcohol served.
A great place for middle eastern and authentic Yemeni food... Their complimentary soup (marag) is unbelievably tasty to start with. The Yemeni classic boiling hot salta is great with molawah bread.
Order Haneez with Kabsa rice 🍛🍛
Yummy yummy the best Arabic restaurant in New York ,, I love it 🍚🍗🍢🍲🍖
They gave us a complementary soup, flat bread, salad and amazing cup of tea
Hanez is really good and the hummus with the arabic bread is amazing
The lamb haneeth is ridiculously good, no exaggeration. Meat so soft and juicy, it feels like butter in your mouth. The waiters will keep the freshly baked bread coming, and free chai refills!
التقييم ظالمهم .. حرام والله .. احلى حنيذ اكلته في امريكا
It's a must 💖
Haneeth Haneeth Haneeth!
Not sure abt the hype. Haneeth was dry and not huge (there was a ton of rice). People rant abt the free soup/salad but the entree costs $20 for a reason. Go if ur in the hood but don't make a trip.
Chicken Zorbian and Lamb Fatah are great
Huge portions of delicious melt-in-the-mouth lamb haneeth and salta, complimentary lamb soup, unlimited sweet hot chai (self-service), soft and fresh warm flatbread...YUM!
Yummy is an understatement! Run, don't walk here and enjoy an authentic Middle Eastern meal- flatbread, soup, and all!
Beef kabsa is the best <3<3
Try the Haneeth Lamb - So Good! And recommended by 4 our 5 CIA agents. (The 5th one isn't talking.)
Try the Hummus - Incredible! My favorite thing dish!
Try the Salta - Lamb and okra stew served in a cast iron bowl that sizzled and steamed for nearly 10 minutes! Wow!
Try the Yemeni Pita Bread - Thick, chewy and perfect for hummus & stew! ...and recommended by CIA agent regulars.
Try the Lamb Soup - So delicious and loaded with lamb that I forgot to try to pick out the CIA agents in the restaurant.
Try the Roast Lamb - It's a favorite of CIA agents! Had a great week helping @WBAI FM NYC w/ #PledgeDrive
Barebones-casual Middle Eastern serving food that's soulful, delicious, and a great bargain.
Delicious food, definitely try their Salta, free (unlimited) tea
The chicken curry is yummy and the haneez is out of the world!
الذ واطعم اكل ومحروم اذا ماجربت الاكل اليمني 😍
حقنا حق اليمن
Make sure to ask for your curry hot. Portions are plentiful!
The best Arab restaurant in Brooklyn!
The best lamb dish in New York, slow roasted that the meat just falls off the bone. Enough said.
Our food critic Robert Sietsema says the Haneez is so tender and flavorful that “a toothless guy could enjoy it.” It’s ranked number 2 on his top lamb dishes in NYC.
Delicious babaganoug and hummus! Puffy bread they serve with it is dangerously good.
Portions are huge, sharing is a good idea.
The food.is delicious...n the price not bad...gotta try it guys!!
The salta is delicious and 3 of us were really full for $20
Yaneez. You won't be able to move after eating.
wish I could come here just for the complimentary lamb soup and limitless chai...
Crazy delicious is right - if you're expecting this to be like Indian food, don't... So so very good and tender
Have the fatah with lamb. Crazy delicious (if you like lamb).
