My favorite community hot vinyasa. 4th floor walk-up is a great way to warm up before you get real warm.

It's better to lay and relax until everyone clears out since the dressing area is so small it gets crowded.

I get in 15 minutes early not just to get a good spot but also to slowly get used to the heat. 105 degrees can feel like a lot more than you expect- especially if you're running in last minute.

Unpretentious, hot vinyasa studio. It's donation-based, without the typical yoga studio bells and whistles, but the classes are good.

The hot vinyasa is awesome, but you will be VERY sweaty (and no showers) ...extra shirts / towels / water = essential. Also get in line 20 - 30 min early for the after work classes.
