Not as big as you would expect for a city the size of Atlanta.
Must get the membership!
Panda bears, enough said.
Lots to see and do! Great petting zoo and exhibits!
Very nice zoo. Wide variety of animals
Parking here is not so fun but the new amphibious exhibit is really neat
Everything was great!
There is always something fun going on around here from classes to interactive displays they set up.
Excellent place for the family must see the Pandas they are the main attraction try to be there at 9.30 am later gets too crowded
Its a very big place. Expect to do a lot of walking but if you like zoo's this is the place for you. Great place to bring the family.
The new reptile house is gorgeous- never thought I would use that word for a reptile house. 100% better than the old one. Bright and spacious. Worth the trip!
Entire zoo is wheelchair and stroller accessible. That being said, whichever way you choose to make your loop, your first half will be uphill, and some parts are steep.

Zoo Atlanta's animal encounters are a great way to learn about the animals up close.
The panda encounter is pricey but you won't find another opportunity close to it outside of China! Kicking myself that we didn't do it- guide had even offered a discount for our 1.5 year old.
Great time can't wait to come back
Great trip with the church group. Needs better directions for the bus drivers on where to park.
Don't miss feeding the giraffes...cash only, and check your map for feeding times!
Receive general admission to see 1,000 animals, representing more than 200 species from around the world, plus an All Rides wristband with an Atlanta CityPASS!
$150 to feed the panda but it's for a good cause.
Rainy days are far less crowded!
Meet America’s only twin panda cubs or take on the Safari Day Camp to experience up-close animal encounters and learn about animals in a fun way.
Love this zoo! Everyone should get a membership.
Great family outing!!
We got our tickets for free from the library. To that end it was a lot of fun. If I had to pay 70.00 to get in, not so much.
Not the best zoo and poor parking.
Baby pandas are adorable!!!
If you want to buy panda gifts, do so at the gift shop right by the panda exhibit as the main gift shop at the entrance is strangely devoid of all very many panda items.
Try Atlanta city pass, and visit all five locations in 3 days.
If you have kids mark your calendar to check out Boo at the Zoo! A great family friendly treat :)
Parking attendant is awesome! Thank you
Parking is a panda bear
Fun Events: Wild on the Rocks, Boo at the Zoo
Lun Lun, the giant panda, had twins! If you are planning to see her, you have to wait until later in the Fall because she is nursing them!

Bring your own food picnic style
This is where the Battle of Atlanta took place during the Civil War on July 22, 1864.
Great zoo. Parking is hard to find a lot of the time tho.
Bring the boss camera!
Great healthy food options for kids and incredibly friendly staff.
Rawr! Visit the tigers!
It was hot and the animals weren't up and about will try again in the fall. Overall the kids had a good time. The ppl drawing u as a cartoon in the park are really great, it only take 10mins.
Print out your online tickets before visiting.
Rhinos are so huge!
If taking kids, call ahead to see which exhibits are closed to avoid potential disappointment.
Awesome zoo, specially by the pandas and Gorillas! Avoid the long eating lines in the park by going to a nearby place around the park, you can stamp your ha dado to return at the entrance.
