The standout is the chocolate roses, or Shoshanim. It’s a buttery cocoa-and-sugar rolled bun, similar to a cinnamon roll, with a drizzle of texturized milk (think: foam) on top.

The East Village baker is stuffing its jelly donuts with actual meat, for a sweet-savory handheld treat. Powdered-sugar exterior and option for turkey/gravy or turkey/cranberry fillings.
