If you get offered an upgrade to the Sheraton Club maybe worth it if not too much more. Rooms are the same but you get free snacks, breakfast and bottled water, soft drinks, coffee drinks.
Karl HApril 19, 2013Great Place! Very clean and comfy. Staff is paying attention to every detail and very friendly. If only the elevator would be a bit more speedy... You can take a nap on the ride to the the 7th floor!

HoMinOctober 19, 2012Call for a ride once you get to Federal Circle. They are very friendly here. I wish I saw the tip about ordering Chinese; the food is taking forever. Toilet is absolutely dirty - will need to complain
Cupcakes CarlynnJanuary 7, 2018Stayed on the 2nd floor .. it smelled like a bizarre mixture of armpits and used sanitary napkins .. the bed was pretty worn in too. Staff is friendly though.
Miguel LiceaMarch 15, 2013I hope you didn't pack your swim wear. They took out the pool. But left the signage up. So don't go looking for it because you'll never find it. I was disappointed.. But it's a nice hotel.

Kapua HusseyJune 25, 2012One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Bathroom lights were burnt out, the cable didn't work, the air conditioner didn't get cool, and the rooms were not ready when we checked in at 6:30pm.
Rooms with bathtubs are nice and deep-20", perfect for soaking after long day of work :-)
- Skip room service... Order Chinese food delivery. The front desk has menus.
