Free chocolate chip chunk cookies and room upgrade for platinum status. Oh, the lady that drives the airport shuttle was super friendly, strong and helpful. Be sure to have some cash to tip her!

Check out the Golden Ticket pancake special at the Comfort restaurant! Big pancakes and they rotate the flavored every day! A nice filling break from the usual hotel buffet breakfast!

massifAugust 16, 2015Check thoroughly the room for bedbugs before bringing your luggage. Check the mattress, check every corner of it. In this huge hotel it's a known problem. Parking $19.00 a day for guests. Don't loose your ticket that will be $72.00 thank you very much.

Filthy old room, stains all over the brown carpet. Nice staff. Unpleasant room service food. Great free wi-fi.
Jonathan PercyJanuary 17, 2012I must have been in an old room cause it was super outdated. The room was a dump and the bed was uneven so I had to be careful not to fall over. The 1990s tube TV was also a treat.
