In the week that I've been here I can honestly say I have no complaints. Everything has been on point. The staff - especially FOM Carmie & GSA Dionne - have been so very helpful & nice! 2 thumbs up!

Popular with tour operators and 1-2 busloads tend to pull in around 19:30, so time your check-in accordingly. Internet service is only 1-2mbit. Restaurant looks plain but serves good steaks and chops.

Access to the Club Lounge here is 24x7, and cold soft drinks and water are always available at no charge.

Beds are very comfy! Yaaayyyy Sweet Sleeper! Staff is awesome! Everyone is always so friendly, nice and genuinely accomodating!

Internet is $9.95/day and refreshes daily at 3pm, but if you use the computers in the lobby it's FREE!

Food is mediocre at best and the shuttle service is awful. Twice this week I have been left at the Metro for over half an hour. I'll be staying elsewhere next time.
