I've stayed at this hotel for over 100 nights this year alone. While every room is not the same the hotel is a great. The staff are extremely dedicated to their work and their restaurant is fantastic

The gym sucks, the pool reeks of over chlorination, and the WiFi is slow at the upper levels of the hotel. At least I'm getting Starwood points...
