You get what you pay for. It's not a great W but it's cheap and in a convenient location. It feels understaffed when it's full and the concierge wasn't very knowledgeable or available

Great service. Good location. Horrible beds, you will not sleep past 6 AM bc they are that uncomfortable. And you will get a sinus infection if you use the air conditioner 5/5 people in our party did

Not impressed, whatsoever. Room was not cleaned every day, staff lounge was across the hall from my room & it was insanely loud at times. Also, water pressure sucked.

let the doorguy hit the button for the automatic door, be careful not to let the doors swing open and hit you in the face.
Not impressed at all. Worst W i have been to out of all the ones ive stayed at. horrible service nothing compared to NYC, Boston, or Miami. Not a true W.
Overcrowded, but cheap for a w. Also, even though they ask you what your wish is good change they can't accommodate
