You should definitely check out the framing department. The framers are excellent and have amazing service!

Kevin SilvermanFebruary 24, 2013This Michaels is very consistent... Especially when it comes to surley, rude employees who make it very clear they would rather do anything than help a customer.
Be careful with returns, they won't return most items for full price and instead take a dollar or more off every item, even sealed ones.
Employee was very rude and disrespectful when changing my newborn in restroom. Needed help from husband due to surgery and she told me I should never have had a baby if I couldn't change a diaper.
- Never use the restrooms unless you really need to. It messy in there.
