This is the first hotel to open on Waikiki Beach back in 1901. This is without a doubt the classiesthotel in Waikiki with a rich history. The architecture displays true Hawaiian style.
Great for history buffs, not a lively place. Street side rooms are noise starting at 7am. Old photos and historic info on the 2nd floor. Rocking chairs on 1st and 2nd floor for people watching.
This is gorgeous hotel with great staff and service. The increase of street performers have made it SO loud in city view rooms. Not the hotel's fault but it can negatively affect your experience!
You really can't get a more beautiful hotel in Waikiki than this one. Their high tea is great to share with your mom/daughter. And the views of the ocean are spectacular!

The hotel has a shower room you can rent for those who stayed at the hotel. This allows you to hang out at the beachwell after your checkout. The room was very clean and nice.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff but room service for food is only open from 630am to 10 and you can't get food again until 5pm to 10pm unless you go to the snack bar at the pool
If you have SPG status, valet parking is included with your resort fee. Otherwise it's 33 for the rest. You can always do self parking across the street for much less.
