I honestly couldn't fault anything at this hotel. Room was clean, and bell men were extremely helpful in giving me suggestions as to where and how to go about visiting this great city.
Favorite place to stay in Singapore. Excellent location to town (walk to Orchard Street), fabulous service and breakfast, one of the best spas in Singapore. Pool is chilly but open year around
What's not to love? Huge, immaculate rooms, butler services, friendly knowledgeable staff always maintained their highest standard personal decorum, excellent amenities, perfect location; LOVED it all
St. Regis rooms have a very unconventional layout. The bathrooms are first class - everything works beautifully, no water leaking from the shower doors, showers with body spray... Very impressive.
Rooms are of a good size here and the location being in orchard is convenient to make a shopping trip down Orchard road easy. Butler service 24/7 if you opt for the lady Astor suites
Ask for a room facing the pool which are generally larger and quieter. Choose higher floors for rooms facing the main road. Lady Astor room has two large beds suitable for families of 4!
At the tanglin end of Orchard, this hotel is not that convenient for shopping. However the rooms are comfortable if u like the frou-frou kind of interiors and the service great with butlers on call.
My favorite hotel in Singapore so far. Loved the scallop at Brasserie Les Saveurs. Breakfast there feels super elegant with the view, the natural lighting, and the silverwares.
If you're not staying at the hotel, ask for the password to the StRegis_Conference Wi-Fi. It changes every week or so. At about 4 Mbit/s, it's not fast but OK for casual work.
The hotel has 299 rooms and suites which spans from Level 3 to Level 20. There are 3 restaurants (Brasserie Les Saveurs, LaBrezza and Yan Ting), a bar and a lounge (Astor Bar and The Drawing Room).
Very nice hotel in the traditional St Regis style. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Butler service is a bit of a let down, they're very amateurish
This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed with by Starwood. Excellent service, friendly staff and yet the best room ever. The bathroom is amazing. Staying there for a week, defiantly worth it.
High tea is a little too much for me. Nice long windows, but couldn't stand the waiters going around to ask the ladies to dance. Special selection of TWG teas and had discovered my fav amour de the.
I was highly impressed (dazzled, actually)by the artwork! This hotel has a collection that includes Botero, Frank Gehry, Jasper Johns, and several Chinese artists.
Check out Yan Ting for a decadent Dim Sumbuffet brunch you won't regret! From crispyroasted pork to mixed vegetable dumplings & braised homemadespinachtofu. Read more
The rooms are fabulously plush and lux in Baker-esque neo Americana decor. The butler can be a tad clueless, bringing tea without sugar. But overall good service.
Buffet breakfast was small but nicely done. Everything was good quality but some things like the omelette took way too long to be delivered to our table. Strangely erratic service.
The St. Regis Singapore has a limited amount of 'Condop' residences for long tenure in the hotel, as well as, the regular hotel services like most of the St. Regis hotels worldwide.
Especially with Michelin starred chefrestaurants in Singapore. You will have better food than Les Saveurs anytime. Boulud, Wolfgang Puck, Robuchon, among others. Hard to justify the price here.
The service is perfect but I got a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. The cups weren't clean I found hairs in bath room. Other than that everything is perfect.
The St. Regis was founded as a companion hotel to the Waldorf-Astoria (in New York) by John Jacob Astor IV, orgin of the name St. Regis, is the patron of travellers.
Take a suite or the standard (executive deluxe) room. In my opinion the grand deluxe rooms are a poorer layout than the standard rooms and the view is average.
When you're there, go to Brasserie Les Saveurs to enjoy Buffet Lunch/Dinner. Alternatively you could head up to level 2, LaBrezza for some Mediterranean cuisine.
Been here over the past few years and every time I can see the hotel is getting worse. Breakfast, services, room quality (old) and internet speed. Will not recommend
Located at the crossroads of the embassy district and Orchard Road shopping belt, The St. Regis Singapore offers a luxurious stay enhanced by comprehensive spa and wellness facilities, along with seven event spaces and six restaurants and bars.
