If you're not familiar with Sengalese cuisine you may be surprised to find a whole selection of vegan entrees. Try the mafe tofu, a tofu and vegetable stew in a peanut sauce, served over couscous.

Try it, you'll like it. If you've never had Senegalese try anything on the vegetarian menu. Even if you're a picky eater you'll like it.

All of te chicken dishes are amazing, and the dipping sauce for the fried yucca makes it the perfect appetizer.
