They serve a "zebra mocha" here that is really good. Though not in the same league as Philz, I'd still recommend it to mocha lovers.

2 for 1 happy hour from 4-7 Monday through Friday. Buy one of the happy hour beers, get a token for another beer that can be used during any happy hour.

They have a Ninkasi brewing tap here in addition to many other fine beers. Usually they have Ninkasi Tricerahops which is a beautiful monster of an IPA.

Don't be afraid to ask for your chip if they don't give it to you. Different color tokens depending on what price level your beer lands in.
