Huge selection with rare stuff on the walls. Jazzvinyl section is very well rounded, a lot of new represses and original pressings. Check used records they have in sleeves & new arrivals!

One of the biggest record stores I've visited. Good if you are looking for new tracks, not very user friendly and rich in collection if you are looking for older tracks and treasure hunting
Of course their collection is fantastic. They even have hard to find anime DVDs. More importantly though, don't miss the free live concerts from up and coming artists.
I discovered this place after listening to 107.7 The Bone Radio here in NY and I must say it was worth the 2600+ mile trip! The smell, the nostalgia, the LP's, everything about this place is amazing.
Amoeba us the record store to end all record stores. They have...everything. If you get paralyzed your first time out just buy an Amoeba reusable tote. You always need one in SF.
Leave your backpack at the entrance and spend a serious amount of time browsing the solid "used" sections. The place is huge! They also have video games and movies

Great selection of vinyl. Prices are a little high but you can't beat the selection offered in this store. Don't park in the McDonalds next door. They tow.
The best record store in the Bay Area. It's a gigantic musical wonderland for the enthusiastic record connoisseur. Don't plan on spending just an hour or two here, you will likely blow off your plans.
Great selection of music. I recommend making a list of items you want before you enter there so you aren't to overwhelmed like I was with the mass amounts of music. Its tough to just "browse."
