Lindsay EyinkFebruary 28, 2014Beautiful Persian mural on the wall, a cool wooden round bar, and one of the few places that would make a proper Hendricks Martini before all the fancy cocktail places showed up. Old school SF!
J KJanuary 17, 2017Cozy. Always dark, always lovely, the worn-velvet-and-brass vibe is the perfect invitation for a glass of Scotch or a hot toddy.
Much of the interior of Aub Zam Zam is the same as it was in 1948. Don't believe me? Check out the New Year's Eve photo outside of the men's room.- The martini is one of my favorites here. Great bartenders and good ambiance. Cash only.

The bartenders are the friendliest. A bar with no tv's is refreshing, just jazz and good conversations.
