- F. BastardJanuary 22, 2015Is Caputo's lard bread so-called because it's made with lard? Or because it's 'larded' with prosciutto, provolone and black pepper? Something to think about as you eat the entire loaf on the way home.
- The bread is baked fresh each day and is so delicious! At $2 for a medium loaf of semolina bread (and $1.50 for a small loaf) there is no reason to buy overpriced grocery store bread. Big selection!

- Cute pastry shop with very friendly staff. Crumb cake was fantastic and their apple strudel was massive and delicious
- Their challah, is surprisingly good for an Italian bakery!
- Wonderful fresh baked breads and delicious Italian shortbread cookies. Olive bread is great!
