- Andy MatticeJanuary 21, 2016Music, friendly family staff, the food is amazing. Sure the pizza is fabulous, but do be sure to venture into their gourmet menu. These folks live and love food. Arturo's is my favorite NY restaurant.
- Get a large pizza, it's well worth the extra price and loss of table space. Live music here too, which is nice but it does increase the sound level making it seem more older-crowd rowdy than it is.Upvoted Mar 28
- Sit at the bar and wait for a free table in the front room with the jazz musicians. Get a large 16" pizza and throw some additional toppings on there. Don't forget to leave a message in the bathroom!
- Emilie FuttermanAugust 31, 2014Come for the food and stay for the music. The pizza is delicious (the sauce is unbelievable) but the Tortellini en Brodo is perfect, just like my mother makes it.
- ZenFoodsterMarch 14, 2014Totally underrated coal oven thin-crust pepperoni & mushroom pies in an old school 1957 NYC pizza joint. Get here early (before 4:30pm) on Fri & Sat's to avoid a wait & enjoy the live jazz.
- Jon PetersJanuary 17, 2015Super cozy. On a cold day, sit at the bar, split the meatball pizza and a carafe of red wine, and enjoy the sweet sound of the live jazz band! Really lovely surprise to stumble into.
- Serious EatsMay 9, 2013The pizza menu here is straightforward. But to us, Arturo's has always been about meeting up with friends and not thinking too hard about the pies, all while you enjoy each other's company.
- Quan NguyenMarch 24, 2018Different style pizza than usual New York but still awesome. Live music is fantastic. Prosciutto and mozzarella appetizer is a fantastically large serving.

- MirkatNovember 18, 2012Dim lit, mafiaesque small restaurant. Live jazz music. Prices on menu are wrong. All large pizzas went up $5. The pizza is tasty.
