I love Love LOVE me some Pho! Tasty, but get it to stay. It's NOT the same after traveling back to the office and assembling it yourself. Fresh Shrimp rolls tasty! I will do a follow up once i sit.

For the traditional basic pho experience get: #137 Pho. Very nice. Add a pile of sprouts, thai basil and a kick of sriracha. Follow w/Vietnamese beer. You're good to go.

Def try the satay "Pho" broth with shrimp. It's gorgeous. Their shrimps in general are excellent quality, but the taste of that noodle soup! Hmmmmmm *licks lips*

We watched them pour leftover tea into the main tea dispenser then place the unwashed teapot back on the shelf for the next customer. The older lady at the register denied they did this

Warm beef salad is very delicious. Think ceviche but for beef. Great starter, big enough to share.

Pricey signature dishes but let's face it... you mostly go to a Vietnamese restaurant for the pho. They have plenty to choose from at awesome prices.

Umm.. the Pho was awesome. Pork chop is tastey, but its sides are things I couldn't comprehend or really enjoy. Good spring rolls too!

I've only tried the pho. It wins on quantity and lack of MSG, but the all-important noodles were overcooked and fell apart too easily. Based on other tips, I may return to try the pork chop. Not sure.

Special beef pho is the best on a cold day, and the grilled pork chop with rice is always seasoned to perfection.

Bad/slow service. Caught the guy reusing bean sprouts and he tried giving it to our table, but we asked for a different one. Would not go back.
