There may be no greater place to end a night out on the town than Great NY Noodletown. Open til 4am to cater to tired and starved chefs. Come for the crispy baby pig on rice. Stay for the hot tea. Read more

If it’s soft-shell crab season, you know what to do. Also must get: flowering chives with shredded duck. Skip: ginger scallion noodles. The sodium intake here is legit, so drink plenty of water.

Venerated late night Chinatown spot. Roast pork (and skin-on roast pig), noodles, fried soft shell crabs, and stir fried garlic chives are smart orders here.

when you been standing on the corner of 5th and vermouth at 2 in the morning, it's high time you rendezvous with the nighthawks on the graveyard shift to fill your belly with roast duck and dumplings.

Cheap and great. They roast so much pork the fat condenses on the floor by the front door. Be careful you don't slip on the delicious delicious grease.

One of the few Chinatown places that open this late. You can either go simple with the triple roasted goods rice (pork, chicken, duck) or get the fun stuff like salt & pepper frog legs, clams, etc.

The e-fu/yi-min noodles have an amazing texture and are best paired with the rich, earthy roast duck. Flowering chives with duck are also great. Only downside: the food tends to be on the greasy side.

Soy chicken over rice..simple and delicious. But if you have no clue what you want, look at the menu before stepping to the counter, that don't like indecisive people

Anthony Bourdain-approved! One of the few joints in Chinatown that'll still be open when you stumble out of Apotheke at 3 in the morning. The Suckling Baby Pig on Rice is worth its weight in guilt.
