An awesome first meal in New York in a long time! Ben the barman took very good care of us. The small plates are a good start--try the polpette. Very good authentic Italian wines by the glass.

Excellent $5 happy hour wines. Also the food is excellent. There are 2 menus that both offer great dishes. However I recommend the menu with the bruschette & baby calzones. Nutella baby calzones =yum!

Don't skimp on the pasta or panzerotti ("little pockets of love"). All made by the owner's mother for the past 20 years.
