Great 24 hour coffee shop/diner in the heart of the Castro. It gets packed late at night, but it's worth the wait for the pancakes.

If you're visiting, I guess it's recommended you visit here once. But I'd recommend just huffing it a few blocks to Sparky's for your late night diner-ing.
The chicken and cakes are the stuff of legend. Split with a buddy, though. The portion is massive! Nothin' wrong with that.

Never had bad food here. I enjoy the omelettes in particular, and they're available all day.

Billy BarrMarch 26, 2013This used to be my fave joint to stop by.. however after dining there on last two trips, it was disappointing.. even worst on my last visit, butter on my toast was twice as thick as a sliced cheese!
