In my 3decades of living in SF and dining in Chinatown, I've been charged $1.50 for RICE until tonight. It's CHINATOWN!!! Rice should come w your entrees!!!!

be sure you ask for "the other menu", the one with porridge. Then pick any porridge item, preferrably the fish w/pork liver one...
