- Lizzy SaxeNovember 30, 2016Man, everything here is good. Crepe cake especially. The menu changes a lot, so get your favorites while they last. Below is the boba French toast with vanilla ice cream.Upvoted Mar 20
- Chris DavisSeptember 10, 2017One of the best desserts I've ever had. Chika was very nice and it was very fun to watch her & her team work. The no-frills restaurant felt like you were hanging out in her kitchen. Highly recommended
- funky flavorOctober 11, 2016The best crepe vanilla cake I have ever had, not too crazy sugary and very light. Also try the Nutella doughnut it is very sweet but the overall will not eltima you down. The caramel shake was great.
- JessicaMarch 12, 2015One of the best desserts I've had in my lifetime (so far)! Plus they give you pretty Royal Albert cups to drink tea in if you order some. Their prix fixe dessert menu is a must try
- Scrumptious hole-in-the-wall dessert bar. The creme brulee dough-ssant (aka their cronut) is a taste of fluffy heaven. Fresh out of the oven and oh so flakey and oozing with cream from the inside.
- The creme brulee dough'ssant melts perfectly in your mouth, while the vanilla crepes cake is a mound of absolute fluff. A tasty bite with a casual feel. Always a long line, so be prepared to wait.
- Ina LiMarch 28, 201616 dollars pre fix for a small amuse, an entree (relatively small portion) and sweets for the table(which is the best part). Recommend: cheese cake and brown sugar Pina cotta
- Tim DengJuly 30, 2018Chika is such a nice chef and the desserts are lovely to look at and tasty. Nice environment at the bar
- Susan S.July 13, 2017The black sesame churro cone ice cream was mind blowing! Seriously super delicious. Best black sesame ice cream I have ever had! The churro was great too :)

- Pinar OzcanNovember 19, 2016So far the best dessert experience I had in the city. Chika is so kind. This place gives you the time to relax and enjoy the taste. No rushing here and that's appreciated after a very busy workweek.
- Andrew C.June 12, 2016Been going here for almost 12 years, even though I moved out of NYC 11 years ago. Menu continues to change, but the favorites are permanent now. Love the new flavor twists that Chika dreams up.
- Jessica de OliveiraDecember 8, 2015You have to show up earlier in the day as they sell out of their classic cheesecake. The deserts are delicious, truly an experience watching the chef run around & make personal touches to each dish.
- Roger RJune 4, 2016Omg!!! Ridiculous...Nutella Cronut and Mille crepe cakes are superb!!.. Cone churro looks amazing will be trying next time! Come here hungry leave happy!
- The rotating menu is a sweet tooth's dream and serves up some of the most delicious desserts around. The Jack Daniels Bread Pudding is HEAVENLY!
- CarolineJanuary 21, 2016Any dessert option with pairing is a fun experience. Sit at the bar to see the chef in action. Fun post-date date place for dessert.
- The best dessert experience you could ever possibly have. Chika is a dessert alchemist. There's no wrong choice on the menu, and it comes in a 3 course experience. My favorite dessert spot in the city
- Kristen ADecember 17, 2018Beautiful desserts. Small space so arrive early in the evening to beat the after dinner rush.
- Sacha SJuly 14, 2017You get an entire three course menu with desserts. The quality varies a bit because the menu changes from day to day, but if you love sweets you should definitely try it.
- The Corcoran GroupFebruary 22, 2011Grab a seat at the bar and watch the owner, Chika, create all the ethereal desserts. Get the Prix Fixe with wine pairing ($22) and try anything from the daily menu.
- Leo SumulongJanuary 20, 2015Just a great little place to sit down and enjoy desserts. The tasting menu is definitely worth it, and the relaxed vibe means you can savor it and don't have to rush.
- AmateurConciergeJuly 13, 2015You're HIGHLY unlikely to go wrong with whatever you choose, but I'm partial to the Chikalicious Sundae. CDB's soft serve has the best consistency anywhereeeee
- Jennifer WeiJune 12, 2013Superb desserts with delicious green tea flavors. Very light and not too sweet! Shaved ice has a milky center, making it extra tasty.
- Real Cheap EatsNovember 5, 2012Try the Cookies and Cream Sundae ($7.95), which mixes crisp chunks of three types of cookies with vanilla bean soft serve. "Just make sure to share with one or two people; the portion is huge." Read more
- K. M.May 28, 2015Three courses of dessert. Created for the mentally ill (like me). It's very nice to watch Chika and her team work, they have amazing technique; but the cheesecake was just too subtle for me.
- Come to the dessert club if you want an quality, upscale experience. Go to the hole-in-the-wall chickalicious across the street for quantity and taste. This place has a small selection and long wait
- Halstead PropertyJuly 10, 2013The combination of flavors, especially in the warm caramel custard soup with honey crisp apple sorbet, is perfectly balanced and served with a warm biscuit to level the sweetness.
- Christina ChinOctober 3, 2016warm bourbon breadpudding is damn chickalicious! Oh the pricing listed on the wall say $xx+tax but they should all read that it already includes tax! Not much seating in there
- Brandon F.April 2, 2012Chika is a master of her craft. She's also incredibly sweet like the desserts she prepares, so don't be intimidated to speak to her about what goes into her awesome creations when you receive them.
- Chad HornerNovember 7, 2015thoughtful, made-to-order desserts that change seasonally, served on beautiful tableware; often served to you by chef Chika herself
- Elizabeth BursteinOctober 26, 2020Ordered the strawberry shortcake and banana cream puff on ubereats. Yum yum yum!!!
- Jessica de OliveiraFebruary 8, 2016The desserts are clearly delicious, but I go for the experience of watching them prepared in front of your eyes with final edits made by the executive chef.
- First time goer try the signature icy cheesecake, pair with wine. They have strict op hour and only open 4 days in a week, yes, you hear me. If door closed, try the to-go bar across the street.
- Yvette LiuJanuary 28, 2018Amazing desserts! Small snacks. Loving all matcha. Will try the crepe cake next time, doesn't look as sophisticated as Lady M, but looks delicious and creamy💕
- Greg KnaussApril 9, 2012Pumpkin Pie ($4.95) substitutes a traditional pie shell with a double "crust" puff pastry. The pie filling hints gently of cinnamon and nutmeg. Each triangle is a dreamy, flaky hand-held pie.
- Real Cheap EatsNovember 27, 2011Try the Cookies and Cream Sundae ($6.95), which mixes crisp chunks of three types of cookies with vanilla bean soft serve. "Just make sure to share with one or two people; the portion is huge." Read more

- Daniel DoebrichJanuary 20, 2013Chika prepares the courses with so much love for the detail, that it feels as if she would meditate, which creates a very special atmosphere. Her desserts are beyond being delicious – all of them.
- FreshNYC p}-:{>February 22, 2015One of the best places to get an ingeniously realized chocolate dessert. This is a very small and intimate eatery that seats just 20 people at a time. Read more
- Lucu ChalmetonMarch 21, 2012Definitely the top 5 dessert place in new York! Chef chika cooks in person. Cheese cake is the must try. Also chocolate soufflé, strawberry shortcake, strawberry ice-cream cake
- Serious EatsMarch 25, 2013A small restaurant that does dessert "tasting menus," with wine too; if your ideal meal is three courses of dessert, this is your spot.
- Cream puffs, doughssants, molten chocolate cake, and crepe cake are my favorites. You really can't go wrong with anything here.
- Rachel WangSeptember 13, 2014Any dessert lover has to come here. Adorable desserts and the menu rotates new ideas in while keeping a few staples like the cheesecake

- Sofia FigueroaApril 1, 2017Good for 2 person party, $16 pre-fixe menu ($9 optional wine pairing) with great presentation. Sit at the bar!
- This is the offshoot of the amazing Chikalicious Dessert Bar across the street. Not as fancy, not as big a menu, but everything is just as delicious!
