Love Caribou, but this location seems to have major problems hiring competent staff who can take orders correctly. Their corporate management really needs to replace the store manager at this location
On Saturday and Sunday it gets crowded quick but the regular crew runs the line down fast.

I think this place is going into redevelopment soon (closing). Either that or the new condos will be built around it.
I love the service here; the employees are always so courteous & enthusiastic.

If you plan on being here for more than 10 minutes bring a sweatshirt. The staff keeps this place VERY cold

Great place to work and ppl watch but bring a sweater it's always freezing!
Weekends are terrible: moronic servers and too many losers hanging out on their laptops, taking up tables without actually ordering anything.
