I love coming on Wednesday night for Everything Verses. It's a great place to come chill and hear some great vocal and lyrical talent. $7 cover charge and $5 drink of the night until 9pm

This is the perfect setting to hear live jazz in the city. Went here for a few DC Jazz Festival events and they were amazing! Definitely looking forward to seeing what they come up with next year!

when going to hear music, get there so you don't have to sit near the bar which is open for food and drinks throughout the show (and can include multiple dishwashing cycles!)

Avoid the corner booth directly across from the stage in the back corner. It's comfortable, but right under an air vent and pretty noisy.

Go on Mondays for the Bohemian Caverns Orchestra. Good bunch of players who'll have a beer with you after their set.

Don't eat here. Not great. But go downstairs and get drinks and listen to amazing jazz and you won't be disappointed.
