Once again disrespecting customers by staffing with trainees who can't hack the busy location. Barristas are great but stand idle because folks working register are so backed up
Came for a Secret Menu item: Ferrero RocherFrap. Seemed stupid to tell me "after" the drink is made, that they're out of hazelnut drizzle & substituted it with something else. Taste was totally off👎
Poorly run, even by Starbucks standards. Don't know how to avoid letting one customer with a large or complicated order tie them up for 20 minutes at the expense of a dozen other customers.
Beware the spectacularly poor management and inefficiency. Longer lines than mid-town Manhattan Sbux, and absolutely no ability to deal with them efficiently.
