- No observation deck. My dentist is on the 69th floor so here’s a peek of the view. The lobby elevator only takes you up to a transfer point on 57 floor; there’s a smaller elevator to get near the top.

- There is no observation deck or any formal tour. It's best for tourists to run in and take a quick pick of the ceiling and run out so as not to annoy those of us who work here.

- It really is sad there is no observation deck in the building. I feel sad for the tourists when they bounce in the lobby and realize that's all they'll get to see.
