- Michael AldereteMarch 3, 2018This is as close to a NYC street slice as you can get in SF, at least in a walk up, inexpensive venue.
- J JohnSeptember 25, 2015Crust is very good, as close to NY style as it gets. Crust not as tangy as Tony's in North Beach, more like Victoria's in the Outer Richmond. Great pizza for late night, or to grab a quick slice.
- Jimmy HookerAugust 7, 2014Served by a bunch of guys in bands, it's some of the best pizza I've ever had. This may be blasphemy, but I prefer this over Joe's in NYC. Sometimes it's inconsistent, but it is mostly amazing.
- There are a lot of good pizza's in SF. This, this is a GREAT slice that for whatever reason, you can't get anywhere else in the city to do it like this.
- Chefs FeedApril 20, 2016This is the best New York-style pizza, and it's right by my house. It's so good that I have to eat two slices at a time! Read more
- Bethany DufresneAugust 27, 2016Best pizza in SF. NY style, unpretentious, foldable and just delicious...
- LuckyNovember 9, 2014Caught my attention due to the queue, unseemly place, excellent amazing pizza! Def quenched my NY style pizza craving!
- Marshall St. ClairMay 14, 2015Thin crust ny pizza. Open late sausage from a private butcher in San Jose and non-soggy mushrooms
- Michael ChangFebruary 17, 2013When your heart desires pizza and you're a little drunkies in the Mission, nothing will satisfy like a slice of pepperoni from Arinells.
- TK-421May 1, 2022It might look like New York style pizza, but it sure as hell don’t taste like it. Sauce has no flavor, so it’s like cheese on cardboard. No tips on missing droids either.
- Cheese pizza is one of the best. Often slices don't need to be heated up so you can grab and go.
- Andrew SchellenbergApril 19, 2015Great, tasty NY-style slice...but let's be real-- not really that close to NY pizza.
- Simon Favreau-LessardOctober 20, 2012It's all made to order so don't ask what they have available and order whatever toppings you desire
- 🐐 🐙July 19, 2016Fast, easy, cheap slice of pizza right in the mess of 16th street. What more do ya want?! 👍🍕
- Matt ClineDecember 4, 2014The prices raised but it's still a damn good slice. $3 and a bigger slice than all else.
- Chris Ellen MontgomeryJune 7, 2011This is true NYC pizza by the slice- thin crust & drippy cheese... Very small- 6 counter seats... You can order whole pies...
- Eating a slice from here is like eating a slice from your favorite local neighborhood mom and pop pizza place in nyc. It's a wonderful touch of ny in sf.
- Corinna PSeptember 22, 2011This place is grimy as fuck and do not pay attention to the gross-ass dude who is handling your slice. Just eat it because it's good.
- Minjae LeeJanuary 25, 2014$3 ain't cheap for a NY slice but it's the closest thing I've tasted in years
- Thin crust, perfect slice of cheese. Comparable to NYC!
- Delicious slices that are huge! Pretty authentic NYC style pizza!
