all-you-can-eat hot pot. I go for the a-la-cart because it is enough size for me. Space is tight, but food is clean.cant beat the deal and service ( The hot pot across Bowery street is a nightmare)

Whenever you get a really cold drink (ie slush) instead of tapioca get jelly. It's really good. But you can always add jelly with tapioca for free. Everything is good though!

VIP card and student IDs receive 10% off. Instead of the cream puffs, support the mini-cakes salesman outside (who has literally been there for decades)!

if you can't find your student id, get the VIP card (slightly deeper discount). lactose-intolerants, go for the strawberry black tea or the lemon black tea. SO GOOD!!

very large selection of bubble tea, including some not-so-common ones. try the thai milk tea (it's a bit sweeter than the original) and during winter get the hot honey and lemon

Come here for the cheap, but tasty hot pot restaurant in the back, free bubble tea with every meal. Also get egg cakes from the front.
