With so many Vietnamese restaurants in SF it's tough to pick a best one, but Turtle Tower is certainly a top choice in the moderate-priced casual category. Great soups & great crème caramel (flan)

Regional Vietnamese soups, everything is fresh. They put the veggies in the soup for you instead of giving u a giant bunch of basil, sprouts, peppers & limes. OK service, they now take credit cards.

Don't have the pho here. It's all wrong. Beef is ground instead of sliced, no bean sprouts, no basil, lemon instead of lime. Using broad noodles was odd but okay
