- Love this neighborhood dive / watering hole that's preserved in its time. Great for a casual drink with great company.
- Everything here is amazing. Bartenders, cocktails, tunes. Hands down the best bar in SF.
- Look for all the kitschy lone palms in the decorations. No drink menus here, order your favorite or ask the bartenders for recommendations.
- The comes from the lone palm in front. One of my favourite bars. The white table cloths, mural, lights and old tv with b&w movies create a very Lynchian atmosphere.
- TK-421June 26, 2021The lack of an internet jukebox keeps chill vibe. Good for meeting people or grabbing a table with friends. Cool staff but no tips on those missing droids.
- A dive bar with table cloths. Great for a single drink, or a long night.
- WhiskeyAvengerJune 13, 2018An elegant but casual bar that loud old like something you’d see in a 1940’s movie. They have great cocktails to boot.
- Gustavo ValadaoMarch 24, 2018Chill spot. A bit cramped, but very good vibes. People doing their thing enjoying a good time.
- Laurie BennettDecember 11, 2016The negroni, the slow moving ceiling fans and white tablecloths - cosy & chilled, almost classy!
- Literally a miracle—a mission dive that takes credit cards (all credit cards). Embrace it. Excellent spot for late night 1 on 1 chats.
- Tim WasslerApril 24, 2011The best part is that there are two palm plants near the window. Second best part is that it's a great bar. Go there with people you like and drink liquids that make u feel funny inside.
- My favorite bar in the neighborhood. Love the snacks on the tables during happy hour! (if you're lucky)
- Perfect for a date or catching up with a friend. Nice mood and fun white tables. Great cocktails. Peanuts. Not pretentious.
- Damian BayonaAugust 11, 2017White table clothes give it an old school vibe. Good for an intimate vibe or a relaxed cocktail
- Vivian WangSeptember 1, 2016Hang in the front so you can try to snatch the table up front, great for people watching as the night goes on
- One of my favorite bars in the mission. Nice (cute) staff, and they have multiple types of absinthe.
- Kathleen ClarkSeptember 6, 2011This place has great ambiance and strong cocktails, but arrive early on Friday or Saturday. Otherwise, you'll be standing for hours and getting bumped into constantly.
- One of the bartenders invented something she calls a "gin sonic". It's 1 part Gin, 1 part tonic, 1 part club soda, with a twist.
- Negroni rocks, martinis - great spot for classic drinks and low lighting.
- PeterMay 24, 2015Great interior, the cocktail/martini was great too. But the staff was just awful. Asked for some advice regarding a cocktail. No help at all. The staff just started serving drinks to the next customer
- Jessica BelluominiAugust 24, 2014Slightly weak cocktails at reasonable prices. Cozy and chill atmosphere.
- Josh EstelleAugust 8, 2014Chill environment. Excellent to have a cocktail and catch up with a friend
- Sameer HalaiJuly 10, 2014They serve absinthe, slotted spoon, sugar cube, flame etc. No fountain though.
- Roopak KandasamyFebruary 18, 2012Buy apple juice from across the street and make the barkeep make you a polish martini. Courtesy of Dr Mike!
- Don't go after midnight on a Saturday unless you want to be surrounded by dudebros.
- Simon Favreau-LessardMay 5, 2013Don't be fooled by the white tablecloths, this is a dive bar (in the good sense)
- Trust in the Bartender, get something with absinth, and champagne.
- Nikki and Jamie are the best bartenders!!! Love Lone Palm!
