- Kat HarperNovember 22, 2013Packed but a safe bet for sure! Had a bite of everyone's dinner in our party if 4 and no complaints. Calamari was great and a huge plate easily shared between 4 or more.
- Andy FongOctober 16, 2018You can ask for any pasta and sauce combination regardless of what's on the menu. The linguini carbonara is fantastic and possibly one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had.
- Leighanne StainerMay 3, 2013Great service, great food... great wine and the best Bruschetta in town. The waitress spit our salad and soup so we could share the tastes of everything. Will go back.
- They may not do every single thing the best but they do it all well and as a complete package...best Italian restaurant coast to coast...and I've been to plenty.
- Chrissy PuccioMarch 8, 2016Love the owner and everything about this place. I love the dinner salad and always get the veal.
- In my opinion one of the best all around Italian restaurants in the United States.
- Jaime RabaJuly 25, 2011If you order a main course, not "primi" it usually includes pasta and also gives you the opportunity to upgrade to a caesar salad for two dollars which is well worth it.
- Decent Italian food. Not fantastic but not bad. There's better places in north beach. It's always very noisy and dark. I love their bar though!!
- John FrelsAugust 20, 2011My FAVORITE Italian Restaurant in San Francisco! This is the place where locals eat.....NO RESERVATIONS so get there early!
- Great cocktails and food. Get the rack of lamb with pesto pasta.
- Linguini with clams off the hook pepper steak is to die for!!!!!!!
- Darren DosiaFebruary 6, 2010I don't eat at any other Italian restaurant in North Beach, this is the spot. Chicken parmigiana, ravioli both suggested dishes.
- Marijke Van OverbekeJuly 10, 2012This restaurant is horrible.I ordered pasta pesto, which was clearly pesto sauce out of a can and NOT homemade!Waitress made a bitchy remark when I told her i was disappointed about my food.
- Pedro OblizinerAugust 1, 2013Didn't like the ravioli, go to the restaurant next door, Cafe Baonecci, for a real italian food
