- The dinner combos are some of the cheapest, best bang-for-your-buck Japanese food you can find in SF.
- adrianneleiva .November 17, 2015The happy hour menu is great. Also the decor in the restaraunt is filled with lots of Studio Ghibli. Great if you're a fan.Upvoted Feb 11
- Great hot meals. Can't go wrong with anything fried on the menu. Chicken Karage is a popular item with their spicy orange sauce.
- Just found out yesterday that their specials prices didn't go up $1.00. They actually have different prices for dinner and lunch, even if the food is exactly the same. So the specials are $1.00 more.
- Jeff BirnbaumSeptember 24, 2012Some of the best Japanese food in the city, prices are very reasonable & the portions you order are very filling.
- Always cheap. Bring a coupon from Safeway and get 15% off your total bill.
- Their 'specials' prices all increased by $1.00 a couple weeks ago. :( Still reasonably priced here though.
- Stuff yourself with elaborate rolls for incredibly low prices. Order miso soup too, because it's a cold, foggy neighborhood. Dig the crooked door and window and bright decor!
- The udon menu has expanded. Try the curry udon, medium or molten lava!
- JennyDecember 1, 2014Food quality is aggressively ok, but if I'm craving sushi on the cheap, this is where I'm going
- Cheap and delicious food, Safeway on Noriega has the 15% off coupons behind every receipt!
- Try the philadelphia roll, but order it fried tempura style, with sweet eel sauce, yum!
- Long Duk DongSeptember 22, 2014Inexpensive rolls, decent, not amazing. But for the money it isn't bad.
- the Cheapest sushi in town. Try the spider roll, so meatilicious ;-)
- My fish allergies mean I suck at life. Thank god for chicken sushi rolls
