Cheap beer, bomb ass pizza, patio space, a pool and meatballs for the dogs.
The CT style pizza here is amazing, and all of the bartenders are great, tell-it-like-it-is people. Try the spicy pie.
Pizza, good people, pool, outdoor space. You'll see some weird stuff happen from time to time.

Ask for the spicy sauce. It's really just Cholula and red pepper flakes but it makes all the difference.
