I love the fact that the membership fee is so worth it. Given the various gym equipment that you can use and fitness programs that you can join. It is worth every dollar.

They have three weightlifting platforms (can pull deadlifts and squat at the same time on each) and chalk. Spacious and clean facility, great for a good workout.

The staff is really friendly and the clientele is easy on the eyes without being overly narcissistic. The price is a great value for a non chain gym with easy parking.

Pick up heavy things and put them back down. Also: they have 3 lifting platforms inc racks. A godsend!
