Oldest park in the city, but somehow in 2016 qualifies as a "hidden gem." Beautiful historic paths, great views, lush understory, fairytale sunsets, and a mystical spookiness when the fog rolls in.

This park has an ok view of the Golden Gate Bridge but it is highly obstructed by trees. Also...I didn't realize the surround neighborhood on the west side is a bit unsafe!

The large pink building seen from the park on Buena Vista East is Park Hill Condominiums. It was once St. Joseph Hospital. The building was used in the Alfred Hitchcock movie Vertigo.

Be sure to thank the volunteer gardeners. You'll never see a group of neighbors take care of their public space like this.

Best entrance is to walk up 16th St. and make a right on Flint... entrance is near the dead end. Enjoy the "good view" -- this park is named quite literally!

Me and Rich play a game where were superheroes and we have to stop chuck the bad guy! That's a nice boardwalk and a really cool tennis court.🎾 there is also a playground and that's very cool.😎

Парк находится на небольшем холме,откуда видно небольшую часть города.Тихо и спокойно.из минусов: есть бомжи,из за чего на некоторых тропах присутствуют заппхи.
