Since the close of the Virgin Megastore, J&R is the only music store in town with a deep selection of catalog items. The only complaint: complete catalogs for some with slim pickin's for others.

EXCELLENT place to shop for electronics. The prices here frequently match what you'd pay online, maybe just a bit higher. I usually just get it here to not worry about shipping! :-) Great camera shop!

The just opened a cafe! Get a free iced/hot coffee with purchase! Also told me that ALL food (incl. ice cream, fresh crepes, pizza!!) is half off after 5pm!!

They shrank! Only one building and fewer floors. Selection is much smaller so plan your trip accordingly.

The new J&R Jr is curiously positioned on the 2nd floor; so if you want a Mac or a hard drive you need to walk through the baby section.

What kills this place is the cashiers. Everything they do is with an ass face, when they do. Most likely they just won't help at all.

The cashier was rude. She took the next person in line even though I had not finished at the counter. She also proceeded to give me an exacerbated look when I erred on my PIN number.
